Workout update: Back, biceps, abs (assistance work day) weighted pullups 5x5 +added10kg barbell rows: close grip pyramid: 15x60kg, 12 x 65 kg, 8 x 70kg, 6 x 80kg, 6 x 80kg snatch grip: 20x 40kg, 15 x 50kg, 10 x 55kg, 8 x 60kg + a dropset: 8x60kg+6x50kg+6x40kg lat pulldowns 4 x 8 cable pullovers 3 x 15 biceps curls ez bar 8 + 8 + 7 + 7 x 30kg cable curls weighted crunches 5 x 10 easygo and fun assistancework day. especially easy with all the extra energy from yesterday`s refeed day :P -Eve
