Workouts this week at C-Velo: Week 5 of progressive power This week we practice attacking and settling back into a high power output. Well increase volume of FTP sets in latter workouts this week. Monday/Tuesday: 7 x 2min Start each 2min set at bottom of VO2max Zone (Z4) and form sprint attack every 30 sec progressively harder each time. Settle back to VO2 max intensity after ea. attack. Youll gain a couple of bike lengths on your competitors after ea. attack and leave them gasping!!!!!
