Worst furniture buying experience ever!!!....we recently purchased a sofa-recliners sectional, we were given two power left chairs and three middle pieces. We were not given the power right chair or even an expectation as to when it would be ready. One of the recliners was an open box which we were told was on display, however upon further looking, the chair is used, leather is faded and chipped, and the brackets are all loose on the undermount. The manager assured me it was not a used couch and claimed I was exaggerating, then was speechless when I told her I had the warehouse guy sign the receipt stating the recliner was previously opened. Now they said to get my refund, it is my responsibility to rent a truck, again, and return the sectional back to langhorne......No one would have predicted that after spending nearly 3000 on our sectional, we would have gotten such a lousy product with even worse customer service. We have every intention of advertising in the FOP magazine, the peace officer our story and pictures regarding this nightmare of an experience
