Wound care Blisters should be popped with a sterile needle as this makes it more comfortable and allows better healing. Once popped, the roof of the blister should be left on the skin to improve healing. Allow them to drain and then put a dressing on them to promote healing. You can get dressings from your doctor or your local chemist. I have posted images of the items I use and also made a video however I may need to update soon! :)
