Wow. .. I got chills from this... I think that every parent should have to go through this every summer to remind themselves of the risk and how insanely ignorant it is to leave youre child, that you made and birthed and was given to you by the grace of God because you were chosen to be that childs parent, in a hot car... myself included. I never take my son anywhere that I feel he cant go in or that I will just be in and out. I dont feel comfortable leaving him in the car while I pump gas and run in to pay. I always roll his Window down and pay at the pump if he is with me and I talk to him while I do it. I could not imagine having that on your shoulders, knowing it was your fault that your child died a horrible, painful, miserable death.... think people!!! If you dont love your children enough, someone else will.... give them up for adoption if you cant be responsible.
