Wow there are some very switched on people in this article (and some not so ;-) ) but yes I agree sugar is in EVERYTHING now and the way flour and sugar are grown have changed. The way everything has grown has changed ! including the cells in our bodies because of all the crap they put all over the produce. I firmly believe that the reason cancer (and other disease) is so prevalent in our society now is because of all the toxic sprays used over crops , grounds and water sources and the chemicals that they must use to cold store produce......... I personally believe these should be the number one issues to be looking at and changing over everything else First !
