Aboyne is located 30miles west of Aberdeen and is a 40minute drive. My house is located close to shops, banks, doctors, dentist, local hospital, schools and local amenities. There is also a regular bus service to Aberdeen. I am looking for a 4/5 bedroom property or 3 with diningroom at the very smallest!
