Wow, this is the fourth time I have tried to upload this video. Never had this kind of problem when I was working with a Mac. Anyway, this is an AZIO Large Print Illuminated USB Keyboard, Model KB505U. I found it while searching for the E-Z Eyes keyboard that so heavily advertised on TV. The E-Z Eyes got a lot of terrible reviews everywhere it was sold: cheap, fails to work right out of the box, keys sticking down, etc. A whole lot of complaints. The AZIO cost twice as much as the E-Z Eyes (~$20 at Walmart, less at other places online), but the comments were uniformly better about it. Ive had for a couple of days now. The negative reviews I read online (especially on Amazon) have not manifested for me. I.E., the keys on the KB505U do not take excessive force to press down; they seem to be about the same as any other desktop keyboard Ive used. The built-in wrist rest doesnt seem to get in the way of my typing, nor does the position of the space bar prevent me from using it at all (thats a complaint mentioned multiple times on Amazon). It is a noisy keyboard, but again, no more so than a lot of other desktop keyboards Ive used. The KB505U feels pretty solid and stable on the card table Im using as my desk. The illuminated keys with their large print is absolutely terrific for my aging eyes. Im a touch-typist with unresolved carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand, and there is no doubt in my mind that this keyboard helps my accuracy even though I hardly ever look at it while typing. There are thirteen smaller keys at the top of the keyboard (also illuminated) which perform fixed functions such as controlling the computers audio volume, etc. There is even a key that brings up the Windows calculator. It would be nice to map them to other functions I use more often, but so far I havent found any way to do that. Overall, this keyboard has restored my former accuracy; that makes it a real joy to use. Well worth the price.
