Write some of your own memories of your early music days. Remember the days in high school, when you were spending so much time on the school band, and your own little band that was suddenly becoming so successful. I remember as a 15 or 16 year old, playing at all the clubs - the Italian Club, the German Club, the Polish Club, the Vets, the American Legion, weddings, etc. We were getting a lot of work in those days, despite being underage. Never happen today!! But then, it came time for the proms. Remember how mandatory that was? I suddenly realized that I had never learned to dance - while I was playing every weekend, I never thought of missing the opportunity to learn. Especially the Jitter-bug. We played a lot of that music, but dancing it was another story.
