Wycliffe Associates has announced plans to send volunteers back to South Sudan to support Bible translation efforts in that area. Wycliffe focuses on accelerating Bible translation around the world. They announced plans last week to send volunteers to South Sudan in spite of the regions violent turmoil. An estimated one-million South Sudanese, speaking 54 languages, do not have Biblical resources.
