Israel and Palestine have been engaged in ongoing disputes and warfare since the US, England and France partitioned Palestine in 1947/48. This of course resulting in a bloody standoff between the juxtaposed Religions, Peoples and Nations.For many years this land was considered International lands or territory as a Holy Land to all the people of the world. Israel however decided to nationalize and move their Capital from Tel-a vive to Jerusalem which turned up the volume so to speak for the entire arena. No out cry from the Vatican, nor other major religions of the world, it was let go. Now, it truly is unsafe for anyone from around the world to visit this very Holy site. While Israel has the UN and its band of Western powers on its side, Palestine has been denied admission to the international criminal court. Without recourse to argue fairly or within legal bounds, they are being denied the basic human rights of any nation, any people within the world. Is Israel being given an unfair advantage?
