Wycliffe Pemba Onzere The war between URP and Jubilee gears up as Ruto accuses Waki commission for not giving Kibaki the envelop containing the names of the ICC suspects.What Ruto does not know is that by accusing Waki commission he is actually contradicting his earlier claims that it is Raila who took them to hague. He is also exponsing the intentions of Kenya govt in which Uhuru served as a deputy prime minister regarding the whole ICC issue.First Uhuru and Ruto mobilized Mps to vote against the local tribunal and the Kibaki govt blocked Ocampo from taking statements from the then admistration and Security officers that would have facilitated proper investigations. That is why one of the commissioners who served under Waki Commission a Mr Mcfayden told the ICC Judges that their refusal to give Kibaki the said envelop was meant to safeguard the same from the Pnu/TNA govt as the commission did not have the Judicial powers. This has therefore weakened Rutos defense and also put Uhurus govt in a very vulnerable position.Remember this happened at the time Bensouda is accusing the same govt of not cooperating with ICC and after Ruto accusing certain state officers for Coaching ICC witnesses.Already the same govt has been ordered by the ICC Judges to compel the said witnesses to testify against Ruto. The adoption of Kiliku,Akiwumi and Waki reports complicates matters for Ruto as they set up URP against TNA and therefore exonerate Raila from the blame.This is what will form the basis of blocking both Uhuru and Ruto from 2017 general elections.
