YELLOW TAIL CLASSIC 2014: A detailed report and the winners results will be published later. Just a very quick congratulations to the overall winning boat Kabee Skippered by non other than the maestro himself Pieter Eksteen. All the groot bekke including myself and our secret strategies were all in vain. It was not about spinning on the day at all. We were all only geared to spin our way to victory as it would be on a normal day tailing...........but, so was dit nie, Pieter Eksteen did his homework and took bait. A worthy winner of note. The biggest tail went to a Gentleman who asked me to advertise a site for him on FB. He managed to get on Kaybee, ironically he also won the Snoek Derby 2013 also on Kabee. What a winner !! Im off back to the club to help clean up and then take my lovely lady for a meal at Pearlys Restaurant where I will by-pass my Tail Nokes diet for the day. Those who did participate, you all missed so much fun and we were blessed with the most beautiful winters day, with a bit of fog thrown in as well. Will touch base later. Cheers, Vic Warrington
