YES GIRL! Just one example of this in my life: The only two people from my BEd program that I know have jobs in the school board are men. There were 5 dudes in my year at the most, the other 100+ students were all women. None of those women (that I know of) have a permanent job with the school board. It is no secret that if you are a guy you are way more likely to get a teaching job, anywhere. Its almost like an extra qualification... youtube/watch?v=UwJRFClybmk
