I have been taking Lisa’s classes for approximately 5 years plus. Lisa’s enjoyment of the practice of yoga is very apparent in her instruction, in which she incorporates much insight regarding the spiritual and physical benefits of the practice of yoga. A particularly impressive quality of Lisa’s instruction is the individual attention and support she gives to each student no matter what level they are at in their yoga path. Lisa has helped me de-stress in a highly stressful and competitive environment! Jackie L. I have been working with Lisa for several months - for private yoga sessions, and it has been really wonderful. Lisa is compassionate and patient and encourages me to try new routines, and is great at helping me understand each pose. I would recommend her for private classes, group classes, or corporate / club events! Sha B. I had the pleasure of meeting with Lisa at an Assisted Living Home, in which I am employed teaching yoga. Lisa sat among seniors from the age of 80 to 97 years old. Many were limited in wheelchairs, walkers, and oxygen tanks. Lisa was a joy and a positive participant in our circle, assisting those who needed help or encouragement. Lisa’s listening skills, compassion and eagerness to start her own program flowed throughout our time together. She will be a wonderful asset into our yoga world! Sue Thomas E-RYT
