To resist something means to produce an opposite force greater than the what is opposing you.And so this means, in order for you to resist the devil you have to produce a force or power greater than whatever devices of his that he is trying to use against you.And our weapon for doing that is the word of God at work in us.this is through faith filled words we speak. The words of the born again are spirits and they give life.When you begin to speak into issues and matters of your life, your words produces a life giving force which offers a resistance against the devil and his works.And so my beloved, dont give up hope or cry over the bad or unfavourable conditions around you.They are still there because you havent reisted the force which is keeping those situations alive.Start speaking words in the opposite direction of what you see or what is going on in your life. If its poverty, start saying I AM RICH, I CANT BE POOR.ALL RICHES ARE MY .If its a health issue you are facing, keep saying BY HIS STRIPES I WAS HEALED, THIS SICKNESS IS NOT REAL, IT IS ONLY A FEELING AND SO I REFUSE TO HABOR THIS FEELINGS IN JESUS NAME.If its bad performance keep saying I AM FOE EXCELLENCE AND GOODWORKS IN JESUS NAME .dont stop saying it until you see the situation change.Because as you believe in what you are saying, it begins to offer a resistance to the devil and that condition will ran away or flee from your life.you wont know when it left or when it stopped.
