**YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO READ THIS** ATTENTION!! You OWE IT TO YOURSELF to check this out! These 4 women are full time stay at home mothers. Combined among all 4 of them they make over 1 million dollars a year and have 22 children. Yes, you heard that right! 22 children and over $80,000 a month. If you are tired of working 40-60 hrs a week and paying someone else to raise your children because you are barely ever home, CALL ME!!! I can show you a better way! You do NOT have to be a sales person...I hated the thought of selling ANYTHING when I started with Plexus. But the products sell themselves...all you do is tell people about the problems you may be able to help them solve. If it doesnt work, our company gives them their money back! You dont have to keep any inventory or have weekly parties like some other direct selling companies either. And I have NEVER had to bug my friends or family to buy anything from me! In fact, they come to me for their pink fix because they LOVE it! Trust me, I know it sounds to good to be true. I know there is a negative stigma associated with network marketing/mlm companies. But this one is LEGIT!!! It has made a believer out of me and SO many others that I know personally. So you want to know the cons? Im all about telling the truth and what is required to be successful with Plexus so here goes: 1) You must commit to working this as a business even if its just 30 mins - 1hr a day. When I started my goal was to just to talk to at least one person a day about Plexus. I had no time for meetings, training, or anything else. After all, I had a little one at home , so I utilized social media to share my personal plexus journey and then followed up with at least one person who showed interest everyday. As far as training goes, there are tons of resources available to ambassadors and I read and studied the material when I had extra time. You dont have to know everything to get started! In fact, Im still learning I also have an amazing support system within my Jewels group and a team of people around me who offer support, encouragement, and advice along the way! #lovemyplexusfamily But you cannot work this business as a hobby and expect to make anything other than hobby income. 2) You must have a passion to help people. I do NOT want a team of sales people. I want team members who love others and want to help them change their lives for the better. We have products that can help people with a multitude of issues such as helping control blood sugar, reducing and possibly even ending chronic pain from multiple sources, weight loss, relief from common digestive issues, and many more benefits. And we have an income opportunity that can help people get out of debt, save their homes from foreclosure, save for retirement and perhaps even retire early, stay home with their children, save on their taxes, etc. We are problem solvers...not salesmen. If you are not a people person this probably isnt for you. If you are, you will find this to be one of the most fulfilling and gratifying jobs EVER!!! 3) You must be able to ignore the publics negative opinion of this industry. There are bad apples in EVERY industry. There are dirty doctors, teachers, lawyers, etc. That doesnt mean they are all bad. Not only is Plexus a legitimate and reputable income opportunity but so are many other companies with awesome products and similar compensation plans. A few that come to mind are Mary Kay, Avon, Thirty One Gifts, and Advocare. Network Marketing is becoming even more popular because many product developers and smart business owners are learning that word of mouth marketing works much better than simply putting a product on a shelf next to hundreds of others who claim to do the same thing. Instead of paying a celebrity millions to advertise their products, they are paying everyday consumers like myself and the four women in this picture to spread the word about a product we found and have come to love! I believe that our industries reputation is turning around and is only going to get better as we continue to educate the public on what it is we really do and why we choose to do it this way but we still have a ways to go. You have to be tough skinned and willing to ignore some ignorant but well meaning people who will warn you that only the people at the top make money in mlm and tell you that its a pyramid scheme and will never last. Trust me, Ive heard them ALL! But seeing is believing and Plexus made a believer out of me and Im confident it can do the same for you! It is completely possible for an ambassador to make much more money than there sponsor if they work harder. In fact, there are PLENTY of ambassadors who have sailed past their sponsors rank, including myself! And on a side note, when people tell me that only the people at the top make the money in this industry I often think of my previous jobs and how much income the managers, directors, and CEOs made! Isnt that a pyramid? Yes some of those administrators worked hard but so many didnt! Yes Plexus is different but in a GOOD WAY! You are compensated for your efforts and you are compensated extremely well!!! 4) You need to give this at least a year before deciding whether or not its for you. It makes me so sad when people sign up, never consistently work their business, and then quit while complaining to me and others that it just didnt work for them! It just baffles me that people will work 40-60 hrs a week in a job that has a top out salary and will NEVER give them the time and financial freedom that is possible with network marketing. Yet they will not commit 1-4 years to a business that could allow them to live the life they have always dreamed of. #makesnosense 5) Some other qualities that I believe are extremely beneficial to succeed as a plexus ambassador are; compassion for people and desire to help; influential; trustworthy; the ability to work autonomously and maintain focus in spite of many distractions at home and in life! You need a laser focus on the prize! Ambassadors should also be assertive and self motivated, self learners and have a desire to learn knew things. Ambassadors should also be coachable and also willing to train and support their team members. Leadership skills and conflict resolution are also a must once you begin to build your own network marketing team but these are skills that can easily be learned. One of the many things I LOVE about this business is that ANYONE (male and female) from ANY culture and ANY background (nurses, teachers, stay at home moms, etc.) can be successful!
