This kid my age, wont say name, comes to me and says Bro, Ive started lifting, i know i aint gonna be like you because Im not an athlete, Ill settle with being. .. not even gonna finish. I told him and with that mindset dont even waste your time, go play video Games all day instead. The problem with some of you is that you think being confident means being cocky, and so youre afraid of being confident, you have no faith in yourself because of whatever reason i.e. Im older or too old, dont have time , dont have money, body hurts, knee, ankle,back, ...ect.., JUST STOP IT! !! Dare to be great! !! STRIVE TO BE BETTER THAN GOOD, BE GREAT AND THEN YOU CAN BECOME PHENOMENAL! !!WHY NOT YOU! !!
