YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU . . . . . . VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY REQUIRED Denton Road, Horton Saturday 19 October 9.00 am GHS, Great Houghton Sunday 20 October 9.00 am Please meet at Denton Road on both days at 9.00am. Tasks for Denton Road. (a) Wash the covers, dry them and then remove the heavy gauge material covers from the mobile units and store them safely over the winter in the Green Shed. (b) Remove the plastic cladding from the sight screens and store them under the front of the old pavilion. (c) Fold up the covers under the front of the Old Pavilion and store them in the green shed. (d) collect cover and sight screens from Great Houghton School. Sight screens to be stored next to Green Shed on concrete base, covers in Green Shed. (e) Tidy coaching and playing equipment in Green Shed Tasks for GHS (a) Dismantle sight screens and bring them back to Denton Road. (b) Fold cover and bring back to Denton Road. If we have enough volunteers to help on both mornings, it should only take two to three hours to complete. Start at 9.00 am. Please message me if you are able to assist on Saturday or Sunday and remember it is YOUR club so please help!
