Yay! Shawn and I are no longer on probation, and we are officially - TopicsExpress

Yay! Shawn and I are no longer on probation, and we are officially full time permanent employees with full company benefits! I was kinda worried if the big boss would not continue my employment due to the sick days I had to take while on probation. I love working where I do, Total job security, the best employee package, and of course my co-workers are cool. I love what I do, I am being productive, there is so much growth in me this year in 2014. I am a happier person to be around. I never complain about where I am put, I do not give up even when it gets a little tough and im not felling my best, i still try my hardest. Others think im cute when they try to say I can not lift something im like rolling up my sleeves to my shirt and like oh really now and i prove to them I can handle it or do it. i think they do that with this lesson to me that I can and am able to do it. We are taught on a minute basis on how to be a team and get along. My supervisor said to me the other day, he has faith in me to get things done. There s a lot they trust me to do and with. such as office copies which has to be done dang near perfect from start to finish, They strengthen our skills by having us do what we are very great at, and they know what we still need to learn better, I know they know I am very detailed i hate flaws in any run we do, Im selective and picky, I also like to point out each and every flaw. I noticed the tiniest things. I want a very close to perfect final finished product going out to each and every customer. some people care about how fast our numbers go up. okay that is important but too fast also means less time to check the product, Id rather take the time at a slightly lowered pace and deliver our clients with an A list product that is still on time more so one that will use our services again and feel we are totally worth their investment.
