Yeah. Am doomed. It isnt easy for a parent to obtain birth certificate for the baby whose delivery isnt assisted by a doctor or if the delivery happened outside hospital. Is delivery at home a paradox statement. This happens in a country where every second woman was a midwife just two decades ago. Delivery is a biological phenomena not a medical phenomena. Its ok for the case of birth its possible to anticipate in the third trimester. What abt death? U need a cause of death statement for applying a death certificate and all are marked as myocarfial infarction. In common terms heart attack. So all people die of heart attack.
