Yeah, Im back home free and clear. Procedure went well. A very nice nurse escorted me to a bed with wrap around curtains. Others were waiting in their own luxury sweet. She told me to get butt naked and put on the gown and the socks which probably cost my insurance a couple thousand dollars. She told me to say when she could come in and tie the gown. I didnt understand as it looked like a simple tie it yourself kind of thing. I did as she said, and I thought she might have some kind of fever or a bad rash, as she turned completely red. She told me I had it on backwards. Hmmm, imagine that. As they wheeled me in to the operating room, I counted 9 nurses and doctors. Must be a new cave experience for them. Then again, maybe it was the paparazzi, as out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a long tubular camera---must have been 14 miles long. The anesthesiologist was sweet talking me--He sure had a way with words. And then he hooked me up to the giggle gas and off I went to another land. Woke up to a pretty little thing looking at me and holding my hand. Told her I was married but she said it was ok because she was married to the patient. They fed me graham crackers, a few saltines, coffee and apple juice. That tab alone on the meal couldnt be over $ 10,000, could it? Got home and the bride says, Lets eat some chili!
