“Yep, I’m weird.” wrote the writer of a Buddhist’s blog I love reading! And, yep, I’m pretty weird too, I’ll admit it! Writing these posts every day about God, telling you guys I watch my four year old son pee and other intimate details of my life, is pretty weird, but these posts have changed my life! I have no doubt that this is God’s will for me, to share my life as a mother, wife and person that hopefully you can see yourselves in my silly stories and you too can live better lives. Another weird habit I’ve developed is refusing to worry about anything! My meditation book uses an excellent analogy to describe problems. She wrote that they’re like huge waves in the distance, but if we stick close to God, by the time they reach us they’re small and manageable! This is exactly what I’ve found to be true! Initially in looking at complications that might arise, I imagine all the worst case scenarios, but when I go to God from moment to moment in making decisions, paying attention to my feelings/instincts, taking them one step at a time, I’m constantly amazed how God turns these huge difficulties around, with the right people, ideas and solutions showing up! God, I’, grateful! Now I’m just trusting God completely! I KNOW that there is nothing He and I can’t handle together! God has shown me that we don’t go by ordinary man made rules anymore! When I tell you guys all things are possible with God, BELIEVE ME! Where there may seem no way, God will make a way! He will make our steps firm so that “even if we stumble, we will not fall because He upholds us with His hand.” I now keep all plans tentative, going to God as to the day’s agenda, paying attention to what I believe He would have me to do! I see some big waves up ahead, but I ain’t worried ‘bout nothing! “Yep, I’m weird.” WE ROLL WITH GOD! https://facebook/pages/We-Go-With-God/241974312487814?ref_type=bookmark
