Yep, Judge, this one is a no-brainer The interview with Judge Andrew Napolitano begins just after the five minute mark with the first segment being a press conference in Poland from this morning. In his remarks, the Judge lays out the case that by releasing five high-ranking members of the Taliban over the weekend, Barack Obama may have given (okay, gave) material assistance to the terror group which in the United States is a felony. It seems that members of Obama’s administration have been prosecuted for this before now. The Judge also takes Obama to task for signing into law that he would give Congress 30 days notice before releasing anyone from the prison at Guantanamo Bay and then turned around and violated that very law. Swapping Bergdahl for five high ranking terrorists is blowing up in Obama’s face. Let’s just hope impeachment efforts are underway. This was a high crime, not a misdemeanor.
