Yes, I realize that this is just a snapshot of the situation and may not tell the hold story - sure the kid was mouthy a bit and might have been a intoxicated a little, as long as he is not bothering anyone he has - but pride, ego, and a cop in a position of authority will never back down. Never. This could have all been avoided - this cop couldnt handle working security in a club with intoxicated patrons. 100s of them! the magic hour of 1230am when shit starts to get heated. the police officer escalated the situation. That contact was personal and not a in law enforcement capacity. here is a something to think about - if this dude had been black jess jackson and sharpton would be all over this.
