Yes I saw the Natural News article about Garden of Life yesterday. Thank you to everyone who messaged me. I have great respect for Garden of Life and Mike Adams/Natural News. So Im stuck in the middle. Do I trust Garden if Life? Yes. But contamination can happen if suppliers change their methods. Mikes claim is that brown rice suppliers may be using contaminated water to water their crops. Its possible that this supplier could have changed their methods after safety testing, or that water contamination in this region is a new problem... Remember we saw a major organic spinach brand contaminated with E. coli a few years ago. This is cause for concern, but I do think Mike went too far with his criticism of the brand. Also this doesnt change my opinion of GoL, Im confident they will do the right thing and get this cleared up, if the contamination is real. We live in a toxic world. This should serve as a warning that any brand is vulnerable.
