Yes, indeed we need Charter Change not only for the betterment of Mindanao but the whole Nation Philippines. Our present system of government need to be changed to Parliamentary System of government one reason is to abolish our corrupt present system of government and change it to a better system or a lesser corrupt or corrupt free system which is the Parliamentary system of government. second reason is we have majority of our voters in the countryside that has the right to vote on National Election on executive positions the President the vice President and the Senators where most of these voters are poor and very much eager to vote for anyone that can give them money or anything of importance in exchange for their vote and by this reason it is very possible that a corrupt politician will be elected into office. If we adopt the Parliamentary system for sure we can avoid corrupt politicians to run our government because for those who do not know about the system in Parliamentary form of government is that all regions and provinces as agreed and proclaimed in the Parliamentary Constitution will have their own elected official to represent them and compete in the members of the Parliament for high positions to run our government thereby choosing the best among the best of leaders to run our government. newsinfo.inquirer.net/621520/real-score-are-charter-changes-needed
