Yes people it is in the Highway Code! I know there are some ignorant riders out there but not me, or anyone who rides with me, so please take it steady, my horse can be skittish, and is liable to land on your bonnet if you skim past me like someone did one, so that my stirrup literally scraped on the car! They then had the audacity to get out and mouth off at me! Err, you had the whole road to get over, Grrrr!
