Yesterday I competed in my second strongman competition in Louisville KY. Heres the videos that Paul took of my events. The log press was extremely difficult for me because Ive screwed my right shoulder up. It was max reps in 60 seconds. The chick before me got 22! I got one!!! The farmers walk was 110 pounds per hand which was WAY lighter than the 150 per hand that I had trained for. I finished in slightly over 8 seconds. The yoke was also much lighter than I had trained. The stones were about what I was prepared for and so was the deadlift medley. Overall I did ok with a 3rd place finish.
