Yesterday I did a project with my summer school class called The Hot Seat, where each student took a turn in the seat and everyone in the class got to ask them one question. Then toward the end it was my turn in the hot seat. One of the kids asked me about famous people I met while working in film. I talked about a few of the jobs I had and people I met, but the most memorable was the MCI commercial series featuring Michael Jordan. Although crew are not permitted to talk to celebrities or ask for autographs, my one moment was being able to open the door for Michael when he was coming into the sound stage, and he said to me Thanks, brother.
