Yesterday I got an oil change done at Canadian Tire. I drive a Suzuki.Every place I get service has a hard time. Apparently a 2011 Swift does not exist.... in Canada!! The young fellow went through all the traditional ways to get the filter....parts,service mgr, books...all to no avail. They kept giving him the wrong part!! Finally he said pull the last work order it is the same one that came off the Aveo!! Thank goodness as I had been 45 min waiting!! They had to order it in!! I gave him a $5 tip for being creative thinking outside the box!! Saving me time!! He was so surprised you would have thought I gave him a million bucks.!!
