Yesterday I had a terrific afternoon in Manayunk with my friend Linda Kirkpatrick Koslap. Yummy lunch at Le Bus and bought some adorable things at Latitudes. Today I spent the day in Lancaster County with friends. Started at Green Dragon in the AM and boy did we find some great bargains! On to Weavers Candy for things I need for my zoo show. Kathys mouth dropped open when she entered the store! Its a big store with a LOT of candy for eating and baking! On to a few wholesalers where I got some terrific stuff for rustic weddings. And on the way home, we stopped at St. Peters Bakery for dinner. Now thats a wonderful little place and the food is fabulous. I had a salmon and asparagus quiche that was wonderful. It was completely booked up for dinner but they let us eat at a table reserved for 7 PM. So if you want to try it - Make reservations. Its a really cute, delicious BYOB with live music on weekends.
