Yesterday I met and discussed ways to partner with the Government of China through the Kenya China Friendship Association. In a meeting with the association’s Chairman, Michael Munyao, I reiterated the need to collaborate with investors to provide competitive services to the people of Laikipia County. Among the key agenda for the meeting were investment in agricultural development, livestock development; beef and milk processing, floriculture and horticulture industry, energy sector; solar, hydro and wind energy, tertiary education through polytechnics and talent nurturing by building state of the art sports stadia in the county.
