Yesterday, I talked about how important to get the skills of hold the Dantian Qi, when we get the skill already, that is not enough to understand Taoist Dantian Qi, you must know how to use it into any martial arts or Kung fu styles, for example: 1.For a fighting man, he needs to control his Dantian Qi in standing a heavy stroke or use his Dantian Qi to increase his power to punch. 2.For a way of keeping a good health, when you already control the skill of Dantian Qi into your Dantian, this moment, you can use your Dantian Qi to heal the problems of your health which happening in your body, such as extravasated blood in your meridian, pains on your body or just stronger your body or organs. 3.For a Tai chi man, the moment you can control your Dantian Qi, in your any Tai chi style, whatever Yang style,Chen style,Wudang style,Wu style or taoist style, every moment you move your forms, your Dantian Qi will aacompany with you all time by your moving and help you to move your Qi and blood at a helpful way. In this video, the exercises seem very hard touchings to my students, this is because they are young, they like the strong ways to train them, for their Dantian Qi is so strong for their youth. For this reason, I choice them the hard ways to train them how to use their Dantian Qi in standing a hard stroke on different ways of their body. But in my Taoist training exercises for Dantian Qi,there are more than 60 ways to train different ages people, I always distinguish among differing cases like as the following: 1. Children and elder 2. Youth 3. Men and Women 4. Weak and strong Different situations, choice them different right ways to them to practise for their need. Because my experiances for Qi gong teaching let me know if a teacher doesnt make sure about his students health situation, and teaches all of them the same way by what the teacher he learnt, even the teachers Qi gong is good for himself, but may happen the worse to the others special body problem. In my 20 years training for Dantian Qi gong, I also got the Qi problem by the wrong forms which my teacher didnt care about my situation and still taught me his form which is good to him.
