Yesterday I was challenged by my friend Jeff Worth to participate in the ALS (aka Lou Gehrigs Disease) Ice Bucket Challenge to dump a bucket of ice over my head and/or pledge $100 to the ALS Association. Today I completed my challenge and now I challenge Casey ODonnell, Kevin Hawk and Randy Howell to do the same. Though some may not be able to donate money to this worthy cause that effects over 30,000 Americans, this challenge is a great way to create more awareness for a disease that, I admit, I didnt even know much about before.
