Yesterday i a received this Word from above; and felt that it was not just for me but for others as well. In my own life and those I have observed around me I see that we spend some much time and effort in trying to please other people. We focus so much energy on trying to fit in or receive approval from those around us. Work hard at trying to receive the esteem of our co-workers. I came to think about how much time we spend with “The Creation” and how little effort we put toward “The Creator” How trivial the pursuit of our lives seeking adoration and titles from other Humans who will eventually fail us. We should be spend our time seeking the approval of God (Galatians 1:10). He never fails us. (Hebrews 13:5) If you feel as I have felt sometimes Rejected by the others, there is one who accepts you just as you are (john 14:18) If you feel like there is no one who cares about you, there is one who cares so much he knows the number of hairs on your head. (luke 12:7) If you feel heart broken, there is one who will give you the desires of your heart (psalms 37:4) If you feel hurt or depressed , there is one who loves you so much he bottles your tears (psalms 56:8 NLT) If you worry about that others think badly of you, there is one considers you precious and thinks about you so much that it would be like counting grains of sand. (psalms 139:17-18) If you feel like you like you don’t measure up, that you’re not good enough, that you are worthless, there is one who saw so much worth in you, so much priceless value in you, that he came to die FOR YOU (john 3:16) I think sometimes we forget how special we are to God, we look in the mirror just see what’s wrong or we listen to what others think about us, or feel the sting of those who push away, or we compare ourselves to others. We never take the time to think about how God sees us. This song I heard was just a reminder that if the Creator of the Universe is thinking about me, and considers me special, than what others think about me or do to me, doesn’t really hold much weight. Romans 8:38-39 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[p] neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.
