Yesterday my sister (Sam)was viciously attacked by a member off staff in retail therapy shop Hornchurch. Trying to exchange a faulty top the shop assistant refused stating that she would not have sold this to her claiming Sam must have done it herself, shortly after the shop assistant grabbed Sam round the throat chucked her out off the shop and then continued to pull her hair and scratch her until someone finally pulled the women off. Sam has been left very shaken and with injures to her hands and neck. This women was let off with a caution even after 5 witnesses gave statements! PLEASE SHARE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
