Yesterday on my walk to Trader Joe’s and back I took along my camera so I could record some of the beautiful flora I’ve been seeing. First stop was a persimmon tree, something I’d never seen anywhere else. Then there were roses, morning glories, birds of paradise and California sage. Then a California jay posed for me on a fountain in a front yard right around the corner from Jeremy and Laura’s house. The beauties of the earth are many and various, are they not?
