I suspected pulmonary embolism and asked for tests including echo....... They were reluctant for any test ( probably media effect)...... and wanted to buy time for thinking..( or second opinion) ....... I repeatedly asked them to go anywhere but get atleast echo as it is a grave situation....... They ignored, went away .......and today itself landed without pulse, BP........ It was pul embolism only........ Did direct thrombolysis in pulmonary artery ( with catheter).......BP has come to 70 systolic.......not sure whether he will make it or not.........but is not that media( papers, tv) and amir khans doing more harm to general public by giving them half information and giving blanket corrupt charge on every medical professional..........
