Yesterday was a very long and hard day. Started the day at 7:30am at work. We were extremely busy all day so I only got to visit my mamaw one time in her room. At 4:06 I received a text from my mom saying she was going. I ran upstairs to be with her and my family and at 4:15 she passed away. It was so hard watching all of my aunts and uncles cry over the loss of their sweet mother. But what really got to me was watching the strongest man in my life break down in tears. It is very hard for me to watch my dad become so emotional. After she passed I had to pull myself together and finish out the double I was pulling at work. Im glad I spent the rest of my night with a very special friend. Thanks to Jennie Beatty for helping me keep my mind off of everything. And also thanks to Katie Jo Salmon for the comforting hug at 11:30pm right before I left to go home. Thanks to all my other friends for the texts throughout the day. That meant so much to me. I know this is getting pretty long but sometimes it helps to get your feelings all out. Please keep me and my entire family, especially my dad, in your thoughts and prayers this week as we lay a wonderful lady to rest. So many great memories of my mamaw. Rest in peace Sylvia Duvall. We all love you so much
