Yesterday was my last day at Jelly - I’ve enjoyed working there, and I’m excited about all the times we were able to help people get useful answers to the day-to-day questions that they had. It’s a great team, and I wish them all the best. Plus, I learned a ton about developing very visual experiences on Android, which I found interesting. On Monday, I’m starting at Premise (still working on Android). I’m fortunate to get to work with another great group of people, in another problem area that I care deeply about (bringing clarity to opaque problems in the developing world). I’m excited to see if we can make a meaningful difference in this space - there’s definitely a lot of potential for a virtuous cycle that does a lot of good. Also, I’ll get to ride the ferry to work in the city, which is pretty fun. Hope to run into some more of you SF folks that I haven’t seen for a bit.
