Yesterday was one of the bad ones. One of the horrible side effects of chemo is no immune system. Grace just completed her last hard phase and seemed to be turning the corner. Last night she became septic, she has bacteria in her blood stream. With no immune system she was overwhelmed before our eyes. It has caused her to go into septic shock. She is in PICU, they are taking great care of her. She had to be intubated to help her breath. She is fighting for her life and we are very scared. Please pray for our Gracer! ❤️
