Yesterday was the anniversary of the passing of one of my favorite musicians, Dan Fogelberg. Dan got a bad rap at times for writing all of those sappy love songs, but he was a complete musician. He played and sang Rock, Blues, Blue grass, Flamingo and was a classical pianist. He also knew his way around a Fender Stratocaster. Dan died in his prime after losing a battle with prostrate cancer. I miss my annual pilgrimages to see him in concert.
