Waterford R117 airlifted a male with a broken leg off Carrig on Suir golf club to hospital. Dublin R116 tasked to an equestrian centre for a fall off a horse. casualty went by ambulance. R118 tasked for a cardiac patient in donegal but stood down. Shannon R115 searched Cool Mountain for a missing youth in the area. Returned to base when youth located by Gardai. RIP. earlier R115 with the assistance of the Doolin CG cliff team took an injured surfer from the base of the Cliffs of Mohir and airlifted him to Limerick hospital.
