You always hear about the worst of restaurants but there is a side that most do not hear. The cooks that do care if you have a gluten allergy. The managers that are excited it is your birthday. The servers that do not judge a table by the way they look. They are out there. A lot of them. You just hear about the few stories of hate in restaurants.
