You are surprised that Obamas foreign policy is a complete disaster? Remember in 2008 when they (liberal press and the democratic campaign ) bragged that Biden was better than Palin because he was soooo knowledgable about foreign affairs. Remember in the 2008 debate Palin said Russia would attack Crimea and Biden smirked and laughed at her. Biden cant tie his own shoes much less advise the country on foreign policy.
