You can get an 8 pack and be completely ripped or lose as much weight as you want eating candy, cake, and fast food regularly as long as you know the philosophies behind body composition. Swedish fish and brown rice are same thing to me. Im tired of people telling me they dont want to eat healthy to lose weight or get buff, or get competition lean or whatever. All you have to do is actually monitor the number of calories and macros going into your body vs what your body needs, the end. I and many other athletes eat fast food 5+ times a week.
