You gotta love it! For over 50 years Detroit has been run into the ground by Socialists. The response? Well, the Socialist running the city have shrunk the city after they forced those who have some semblance of self-respect into flight. This so-called White Flight has had the result, that even AFTER shrinking the city-limits, one can still place all of Paris, France inside the empty, abandoned areas of the city. NOW, we have this Socialist-rag trying to make the case that having ones piss and crap removed (thats what sewers are) is a RIGHT that one does not have to pay for, and therefore the U.N. needs to come in because the rest of America sees the need to pay your own damn bills, well, this goes downhill from there.
