You have no idea all the non sense Ive been put through regarding my pay, being a woman, how customers are treated and so much stuff and some of you helped me in ways unimaginable from both women and men from either comments or personal messages. I stayed strong because of you and I didnt quit. For this im thankful. I have had customers call, message me, and support me in ways of unconditional love and purchased their vehicle from me regardless of the behind the scenes people. And some I lost because of their unprofessionalism. Either way I would leave my job exhausted emotionally, hurt and powerless. Id scream in the car on my way home and cry and ask why was I here Why had I chose to challenge myself in a predominantly male environment? It sure wasnt for the money. With this new finance manager im literally making less than half of what I had been. And watched n heard things I wish I had not. Someone built this enterprise and dedicated themselves to service and yet 1 bad bean is ruining the pot. And no one jumped in to save us. So today I did what I always do. I prayed to the North, South, East and West and with every cell of my being I am done. And then I heard not to your given another opportunity. Several hours later I get a phone call. I have an interview at another dealership at 8:30 pm because thats when I get off. Omg I am so alive, awoken and beyond gtateful. Im not quiting and I will succeed no matter what they say or think. And Ill still pray no matter who knows or watches. I am love and I know that Faith is all Ill ever need to have
