You know back when I used to work for the Marriott Hotel & Marina in downtown san diego we had an incident like this a man got thrown or through himself out the 30th floor of the building landing by the workers smoking lounge shortly after that people started reporting that nosies were coming from a room on the 30th floor which they had told me the entire floor was shut down to the public.... Big time cover ups but you cant cover peoples mouths that were their to witness it including myself.
